Virginia Diabetes Council's (VDC) Education and Empowerment Workgroup is pleased to announce the availability of a new tool for children with diabetes in the school setting - Virginia's Diabetes Medical Management School Forms. [link] The VDC endorses these forms and the Department of Education, Office of Student Services supports their use in all school systems in Virginia.
